Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care to a variety of animal species
• Perform routine and complex medical procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Communicate effectively with clients about pet health and care
• Participate in professional development activities

Requirements

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Washington State
• Experience in general veterinary practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality care to animals

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
• Completion of an internship or residency program preferred

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of animals
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $130,000–$150,000 base salary (depending on experience & hours per week)
