About the role

We are a Fear-Free–focused small animal general practice committed to compassionate, low-stress care. Our services include wellness, surgery, dentistry, laser therapy, and ultrasound. Our goal is simple: treat every pet like our own and every client like family.

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends or major holidays
• Sunday morning emergencies on an as-needed basis
• Supportive, close-knit team with 2.5 licensed techs per doctor
• Monthly team breakfasts at local restaurants
• Positive, collaborative work culture that values wellbeing

Requirements

• Compassionate, community-minded veterinarian
• Strong communicator and team player
• Passion for Fear-Free care and continued learning

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Indiana
• Experience in small animal medicine preferred

• Compensation: $135,000–$165,000 base salary
