About the role
Heart + Paw offers experienced veterinarians the opportunity to co‑own and lead modern veterinary centers across the East Coast, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. As a Partner Veterinarian and Co‑Owner you will build and lead your hospital, with the potential to expand ownership over time, while focusing on medicine, leadership, and culture‑building.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team culture aligned with your vision.
- Provide outstanding veterinary care and mentor your team.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with the Center Director and Heart + Paw leadership on hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and other operational matters.
- Design clinical protocols and practice standards with full autonomy.
Qualifications
- DVM/VMD with a valid state license.
- 4+ years of clinical experience and leadership expertise.
- Passion for preventive care, client service, and practice ownership.
- Tech‑savvy with a focus on enhancing the pet and parent experience.
- Fear Free and HABRI certification (or willingness to obtain).
