About the role
We’re seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about building lasting relationships with both clients and pets. While our patient base is primarily small animal, approximately 3% of our caseload includes exotics. Our ideal candidate values communication, collaboration, and providing personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care to a diverse range of patients
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality care
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
- Participate in professional development activities
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Current Pennsylvania State License
- Experience in small animal medicine preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications

Pay
$100K sign-on bonus based on a 40-hour work week and commensurate with experience
