Veterinarian Ophthalmologist

About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Appleton, WI is seeking an Ophthalmologist to join our impressive, hard-working team of veterinary specialists and emergency clinicians. Candidates must be board-certified or be residency trained in small animal critical care.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a strong clinical teams in Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Dermatology.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, advanced care, and ethics.

Requirements

• Board-certified or residency-trained in small animal ophthalmology.
• Experience in emergency and critical care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Wisconsin.
• Passing scores on the North American Board of Veterinary Specialties (NABVS) examination.

Skills
