Bear Branch Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Veterinarian to join our thriving small animal practice in Magnolia, Texas. Facilities and Equipment

Our well-established, 3,000+ square foot hospital features:

• Five spacious exam rooms
• Dedicated surgical suite
• Isolation ward
• Large open treatment area
• Digital radiology
• Ultrasound
• CryoPen
• Therapeutic laser
• Phovia light therapy
• Electrocautery
• Separate cat ward and two kennel areas

We continually invest in our practice, including a recent facility repaint, to ensure an inviting environment for both our team and clients.

Responsibilities

Our hospital is 100% small animal and sees an average of just 15 patients per doctor each day, allowing time to build meaningful client relationships and provide thorough medical care.

• Wellness appointments scheduled for 30 minutes
• Sick appointments scheduled for up to an hour

Support and Mentorship

At Bear Branch Animal Hospital, you'll work alongside experienced doctors with loyal client followings and a dedicated support staff with a 1:3 doctor-to-assistant ratio. Our team shares interests in:

• Acupuncture
• Ultrasound
• Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques

New graduates will receive exceptional mentorship, including:

• Two weeks of shadowing
• A dedicated technician and receptionist assigned as your primary support team
• One-hour appointment times with built-in schedule blocks
• Surgical shadowing and gradually increasing surgical responsibilities

Schedule

Enjoy a schedule designed for balance:

• Four-day work week
• Three full clinic days
• One 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. surgery shift
• No weekends
• No after-hours or on-call responsibilities
