Lead and mentor a team of associate veterinarians in providing high-quality small animal medical, surgical, and urgent care. As Medical Lead Veterinarian, you will set standards for clinical excellence, foster a collaborative culture, and oversee hospital performance, including financial management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance discussions with associate veterinarians
• Model medical best practices
• Lead monthly team meetings
• Supervise externship programs
• Represent the hospital in community engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Valid veterinary license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
