As Medical Lead Veterinarian, you will set standards for clinical excellence, foster a collaborative culture, and oversee hospital performance, including financial management and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct performance discussions with associate veterinarians
- Model medical best practices
- Lead monthly team meetings
- Supervise externship programs
- Represent the hospital in community engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Valid veterinary license
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
