Veterinarian Partners is seeking an extern to join their team in Plainfield, Illinois. This position offers hands-on clinical experience, teaching students how to practice top-notch medicine and enrich the lives of patients and clients.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-life, "in the trenches" experience by gathering patient information and history, performing physical exams, creating treatment plans, diagnostics, and surgical & dentistry services.
• Work alongside a talented and experienced operations and clinical team in a cutting-edge hospital setting.
• Participate in a customizable 2-to-4-week program tailored to the student’s schedule.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a veterinary school.
• Passionate about veterinary medicine.
• Strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and anatomy.
