About the role
Established in July 2016, Pine Ridge Equine Hospital is located on 24 scenic acres. Our state-of-the-art facility offers an exceptional environment for both patients and veterinary professionals, with more than 50 hospital stalls and comprehensive specialty capabilities. We operate as a full-service equine hospital and a trusted referral destination for equine patients across the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive in-clinic and ambulatory services including sport horse medicine and lameness
- Deliver preventive and wellness care
- Perform arthroscopic, orthopedic, and soft tissue surgery
- Administer regenerative therapies
- Conduct diagnostic imaging
- Provide reproductive services and mare & foal care
- Offer chiropractic and acupuncture services
- Deliver emergency and critical care
- Participate in 24/7 hospital and surgical services
Work environment
Veterinarians have access to advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including digital radiography, ultrasonography, gastroscopy/endoscopy, inhalant anesthesia, regenerative medicine technologies, and a full in-house diagnostic laboratory. The caseload spans a diverse range of breeds and disciplines, from routine wellness and performance concerns to complex surgical and referral cases. The role offers a collaborative, progressive environment with opportunities to utilize advanced technology and equipment to provide exceptional equine medicine.
