Veterinarian - Emergency Care
About the role
We are seeking an experienced veterinarian for a full-service, AAHA-accredited small animal practice and 24/7 emergency hospital. You will provide high-quality medical and surgical care, including advanced soft tissue surgeries, with support from on-site specialists and a dedicated team. Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostics such as in-house labs, digital radiography, ultrasound, and laser technology.
Collaborate with a supportive team supported by a 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, including ER and ICU technicians, ensuring continuity of care. Engage in professional growth through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical training programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for small animals
- Perform advanced soft tissue surgeries
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools (in-house labs, digital radiography, ultrasound, laser technology)
- Collaborate with a dedicated team, including ER and ICU technicians
- Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical training programs
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a veterinarian
- Strong surgical and emergency skills
- Active Oregon Veterinary License
