About the role

ArkVets offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $180,000, ProSal with no negative accrual, and a signing bonus based on experience. Vacation does not count towards production.

Responsibilities

  • See a routine and challenging caseload, including general practice and dedicated urgent care services.
  • Participate in quarterly doctor training programs and individual mentorship in your chosen growth areas.
  • Work in a supportive environment with low-stress, fear-free-inspired care practices.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with no mandatory on-call requirements.

Requirements

  • A valid Arizona veterinary license in good standing.
  • At least 3 years of veterinary experience, including routine soft tissue, dentistry, and more advanced procedures.
  • A genuine interest in developing your career through mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Genuine communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus at Avondale.

Schedule
