Veterinarian - Cardiologist

About the role

BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Mt Pleasant, SC is seeking a full-time boarded or residency-trained cardiologist to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac care for hospitalized patients
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations using advanced imaging techniques
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Requirements

• Board certification or residency training in cardiology
• Experience in small animal cardiology
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in South Carolina
• Passing scores from the AVMA accredited board certification exam
