About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist to join our team in providing the medical excellence that BluePearl stands for and that pets and their families deserve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to critically ill or injured pets
• Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools and perform life-saving procedures
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team of specialists
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree required
• Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Pay

Annual base salary up to $240,000.00, based upon level of experience. Additional earning potential through quarterly production bonus (NO negative accrual).
