Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients in the exam room and hospital
• Accurately maintain patient records and communicate effectively with pet owners
• Participate in ongoing professional development through mentoring and additional training opportunities

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited program
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in South Carolina
• Experience in general small animal medicine and surgery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with emergency and critical care situations
