About the role

Rainbow Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their well-established small animal practice in the west Las Vegas Valley.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of a variety of small animal medical and surgical cases
• Thorough diagnostic procedures using available equipment
• Development and implementation of personalized treatment plans
• Collaboration with a supportive team including licensed veterinary technicians and client service professionals
• Participation in continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Current North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) or North American Guide to Veterinary Licensing Examination (NGVLE) score
• Experience in small animal medicine and surgery preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
• License to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Nevada
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
