About the role

Mason Family Pet Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be genuinely invested in pets and their people, an excellent communicator, excited about collaboration and a supportive team culture, interested in exotics, pocket pets, rabbits, or reptiles, and open to orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with a supportive team of 25 dedicated staff members, including 4 licensed RVTs
• Support smooth workflow and exceptional patient care through a two-assistant/RVT and two-tech surgery team
• Enjoy a full-time schedule of 4 days per week with rotating Saturdays for better work-life balance
• Benefit from a minimum $120,000 base salary (DOE) with production incentives, generous CE allowance, and access to NVA’s General Practice Mentorship Program

Requirements

Must have completed your veterinary education and be eligible for licensure in Ohio. Experience in small animal medicine is preferred but not required. Exotic pet experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay

Minimum $120,000 base salary (DOE) with production incentives.

Schedule

A full-time schedule of 4 days per week with every 2nd-3rd Saturday rotation. No emergency duty.
