About the role

Acequia Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team on a 2-3 days per week basis. We are a 2024 award-winning clinic in Albuquerque, known for progressive small-animal medicine, surgical support, and a positive team-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered care
• Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team
• Advocate for patients and clients
• Perform surgeries as part of a growing practice

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and client-education skills
