Veterinarian Anesthesiologist

About the role

We are seeking a DACVAA or residency trained, board eligible anesthesiologist to join our close knit, collaborative team at BluePearl Langhorne (formerly CARES).

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily whole hospital patient rounds
• Collaborate with other specialties including Cardiology, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, and Surgery
• Provide anesthesia services using ultrasound guided nerve blocks
• Work in a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital setting serving eastern Pennsylvania and central New Jersey
• Collaborate with interdepartmental case discussions to ensure the best patient care
• Contribute to a VECCS Level 1 Certified Facility with advanced equipment and resources

Requirements

• Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
• DACVAA or residency trained
• Experience with ultrasound guided nerve blocks
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art medicine and equipment
