At Veterans Guardian, we help veterans better understand the VA disability benefits they've earned through their service. As a Veteran Benefits Consultant, you'll be the first person they speak with, guiding them through one of the most important conversations they'll have after leaving the military.

Responsibilities

• Conducting one-on-one consultations with veterans
• Learning each veteran's unique military and medical history
• Reviewing military service records and VA documentation
• Educating veterans on the Veterans Guardian process
• BUILDING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH HONEST, COMPASSIONATE CONVERSATIONS
• Guiding veterans through onboarding and required documentation
• Maintaining accurate client records in Salesforce
• WORKING CLOSERLY WITH TEAMMATES TO DELIVER AN EXCEPTIONAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE
• CONSISTENTLY ACHIEVING INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY GOALS

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful but not required
• No prior VA claims experience? No problem. Our comprehensive paid training program will teach you everything you need to succeed, including:
• VA disability benefits and claim strategy
• Veterans Guardian processes
• Salesforce
• Consultative communication techniques
• Compliance and documentation standards
