Responsibilities
- Drive new business: Identify potential VA physician partners unfamiliar with H-Wave, schedule presentations, and demonstrate how the technology can transform their practice and patient outcomes.
- Consultative selling: Understand each VA physician's needs, offer tailored solutions, and secure commitments to trial and adopt H-Wave.
- Process implementation: Collaborate with VA physicians and their staff to set up new workflows for identifying patient candidates and placing orders.
- Become a product expert: Master H-Wave's technology, best practices, and clinical applications to confidently educate healthcare professionals and patients.
- Long-term relationship management: Nurture ongoing partnerships with VA physician offices, ensuring consistent support, satisfaction, and success in patient care.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Chicago area
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
- Willingness to travel by car 75%+ of the time—typically within a 2-hour radius in any direction
- Travel is mostly local or regional and occasionally requires overnight stays
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Occasional air travel (up to 10%)—usually once per quarter for 2–3 nights and a few times per year for sales meetings and company events

Pay
$70k base + uncapped commission
