About the role

Meet our Vetco Clinic Advisor (Training Provided)! You’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting veterinarians and pet owners in our clinics. Your primary responsibility is to greet pet parents, recommend services, and assist the veterinarian during appointments.

Responsibilities

- Meet and greet pet parents at our clinics. - Recommend and administer services to protect pets. - Assist veterinarians during appointments. - Provide exceptional customer service. - Travel to different clinics throughout the market.

Requirements

- Love dogs and cats, and enjoy interacting with people. - Strong team player with excellent communication skills. - Eager to learn and eager to support the team. - Ability to work in varied environments and travel.

Qualifications

- No prior veterinary experience required. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Benefits

Petco offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Part-time schedule is available.
