About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to support veterinarians and pet owners in a dynamic and rewarding environment. You will work closely with veterinarians to provide exceptional customer service and assist with veterinary services. This is a full-time position based in Chester, VA.

Responsibilities

- Meet and greet pet parents at Petco clinics. - Recommend and administer veterinary services. - Assist veterinarians during services. - Thank pet parents for their trust in Vetco.

Requirements

- Love dogs and cats, and enjoy interacting with people. - Strong team player with excellent communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Qualifications

- No prior experience required; training provided. - High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills.

Benefits

Petco offers a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health and financial benefits, a 401(k) plan, incentives, and paid time off.
