About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vet Technician, Lead to join our team at Alamo Dog & Cat Hospital. As the Lead Vet Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our veterinary clinic, ensuring the highest level of care for our animal patients. You will work closely with our veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional service to our clients and their pets. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train veterinary technicians and assistants
• Aid veterinarians with medical procedures and surgeries
• Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient files
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
• Uphold the highest standard of compliance for safety and hospital policy
• Support hospital leadership in financial goals, monthly ordering, and staff coaching
