Responsibilities

• Aid in deck maintenance.
• Independently carry out various deck department duties.
• Perform daily maintenance to preserve painted surfaces and maintain lines.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties as required.
• Serve as a member of the vessel emergency response team.
• Conduct communications and safety duties.

Qualifications

• One to two years of vessel crane and deck operational experience.
• Knowledge of SMS shipboard procedures.
• Valid Merchant Mariner’s Credential with AB Unlimited endorsement.
• STCW-95 certification with RFPNW endorsement.
• Valid TWIC card.
