Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational leadership of jewelry sales in close coordination with executive management
- Management and development of regional sales teams and international distribution partners
- Establishment and expansion of strategic sales partnerships and agency networks
- Responsibility for planning, executing, and achieving agreed sales and profit targets
- Expansion of regional and international business in the jewelry segment
- Initiation of marketing and sales activities to open new business fields and target groups
- Key-account management: acquisition and development of major clients, including regular customer visits
- Acquisition of new customers and further development of the partner network
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as product management, design, marketing, procurement, and logistics
- Advancement of KPI-driven sales processes and reporting
- Training and coaching of sales staff in both internal and field roles
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a commercial qualification with relevant sales-focused further education
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the lifestyle or fashion sector
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Experience in key-account management
- Strong marketing expertise and experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales initiatives (e.g., trade fairs, customer events)
- Experience in managing distributors and sales representatives
- Proficiency with CRM systems, KPI-driven sales tools, and digital sales channels
- Confident demeanor, strong execution skills, and a commitment to reliable action
- Strong interpersonal and situational awareness
