About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's supply chain operations, ensuring efficient logistics and timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth material flow and meet production schedules.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and disruptions in the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex supply chains and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with supply chain software and tools such as SAP, Oracle SCM, or similar.
  • Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
