About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Perform regular audits and provide reports on inventory levels and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies regarding inventory management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory management or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle Inventory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of financial statements and their impact on inventory management.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Pay

Salary range: €45,000 - €55,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
