Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance with all park policies and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff alike
• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of park facilities
• Engage visitors in educational programs and activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent work ethic and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Some positions require specific certifications or training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Some positions may require additional education or certifications
