About the role

At Ranzijn, we share our passion for pets with the rest of the Netherlands by providing expert and enthusiastic advice on animal care, including food, toys, beds, benches, bird cages, and cage accessories. As a pet sales associate, you and your team will be responsible for stocking shelves, designing the department layout, advising customers, and caring for the animals in the store.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries and ensure the department is well-stocked
• Design and maintain an attractive department layout
• Advise customers on pet care, products, and accessories
• Care for animals in the store

Requirements

• MBO diploma (level 2), preferably in animal care or a related field
• Knowledge of animals, their nutrition, and care
• Ability to advise and inspire customers with a friendly demeanor
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
