About the role

As a Sales Advisor at Isovlas, you will be the face of our company in West-Nederland, driving the adoption of our innovative biobased insulation products. You will work with a high degree of freedom and entrepreneurship to engage property owners, such as housing corporations and municipalities, to commit to our sustainable insulation solutions. Your role involves encouraging architects and construction companies to integrate biobased insulation as a standard in their building concepts and renovation plans. You will build long-term relationships with contractors, roofers, prefab builders, and other processors while strengthening our position in regional networks of building material suppliers. You will convert customer inquiries into tailored solutions and guide them from advice to order, collaborating closely with internal sales, engineers, and production specialists.

Responsibilities

• Actively expand and maintain Isovlas’s position in West-Nederland based on your network.
• Provide technical advice to customers and prospects on sustainable insulation and interior applications.
• Prepare, follow up on, and negotiate quotations.
• Identify market developments and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth order processing and optimal customer service.

Requirements

• Commercial mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Understanding of the construction industry, technical affinity, and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors and building professionals.
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.
• Experience in building materials or sustainable solutions is a plus, but enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
• Preferably living in West-Nederland and holding a driver’s license (B).

• Attractive salary of €62,000 – €67,000 per year, plus a bonus of up to two months’ salary.
