About the role
As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, and match them with the best Verizon wireless solutions. You’ll stay current on devices, plans, and promotions to provide expert advice while driving sales goals and delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their wireless needs
- Match customers with the best Verizon wireless plans, devices, and accessories
- Stay up-to-date on Verizon products, promotions, and industry trends
- Drive sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Complete transactions accurately using the POS system
- Handle customer concerns with confidence and care
Requirements
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and team-focused mindset
- Passion for technology and wireless products
- Full-time availability with weekend shifts required

Pay
