Uncapped Commission – Weekly base pay + Weekly Spiffs/Special incentives + Monthly Commission. We promote from within and invest in your success.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and match them with the best Verizon wireless solutions
• Stay current on devices, plans, and promotions to provide expert advice
• Drive sales goals while delivering a 5-star customer experience
• Complete transactions accurately using our POS system
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and care

Requirements

• Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus – but not required
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and team-focused
• Passion for technology and wireless products
