About the role
As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, and match them with the best Verizon wireless solutions. You’ll stay current on devices, plans, and promotions to provide expert advice, drive sales goals, and deliver a 5-star customer experience. You’ll also complete transactions accurately using our POS system and handle customer concerns with confidence and care.

Requirements
