- Sales Mastery
- Consistently set and surpass benchmarks, while motivating your team to do the same.
- Foster a culture of accountability and dedication within the sales team, ensuring alignment with store objectives.
- Lead by example, showcasing unparalleled sales prowess and instilling a culture of excellence.
- Ensure sales metrics are consistently achieved, setting the benchmark for the team.
- Team Development
- Identify strengths and areas of improvement within the sales team, offering tailored coaching and feedback.
- Develop and conduct regular training plans and sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring the team is equipped to excel.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging team members to share insights and innovative ideas.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain the seamless running of the store, ensuring all operations align with company standards and policies.
- Oversee inventory, ensuring products are optimally stocked and effectively displayed.
