Verification & Validation Specialist

ONSITE Verification & Validation Specialist position in Greensboro, NC. This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. First shift, Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Apply genuine knowledge of verification/validation processes.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Work with automotive protocols and technologies.
• Use test and verification equipment for physical and data-bus signals.
• Leverage automotive electrical and electronics development and diagnostics tools.
• Ensure compliance with international Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical Requirements (ISO and JAE standards).
• Understand the physical, electrical, and EMC environment of commercial vehicles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of verification and validation processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with automotive protocols and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with test and verification equipment for physical and data-bus signals.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical and electronics development and diagnostics tools.
• Understanding of international Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical Requirements (ISO and JAE standards).
• Awareness of the physical, electrical, and EMC environment of commercial vehicles.
• Software validation experience.
• Commercial driver’s license is a plus.
