About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a reliable work ethic. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Admissions and Utilization Review departments while also working directly with clients. Clear communication, strong writing ability, and great people skills are essential. Prior experience is not required—we’re happy to provide training for the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Work effectively with insurance carriers, clients, and teammates using excellent communication abilities.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with strong problem-solving skills.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Acrobat, with the ability to learn new CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with insurance guidelines and payer requirements is a plus.
• Associate degree preferred.
