For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical outreach efforts to connect with potential patients and partners
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with insurance companies and referral sources
  • Conduct research and gather data to inform treatment programs and services
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers and organizations

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with healthcare software and databases
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for mental health and addiction treatment
