Responsibilities
- Support clinical outreach efforts to connect with potential patients and partners
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage and maintain relationships with insurance companies and referral sources
- Conduct research and gather data to inform treatment programs and services
- Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers and organizations
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with healthcare software and databases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for mental health and addiction treatment
