Verification Design Engineer, DRAM

About the role

This position involves shaping verification strategies for high-performance DRAM products, collaborating across design, engineering, testing, and process teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to circuit design verification from gate-level to full chip.
• Develop and implement verification plans.
• Lead system- and circuit-level verification using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Analyze layout parasitics.
• Review critical circuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in verification or related roles.
• Strong semiconductor circuit design and verification skills.
• Knowledge of DRAM architecture.
• Proficiency in HSPICE and Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DFT (Design for Test).
• RTL verification experience.
• Silicon validation experience.
• Mentoring experience.
• Extensive analog verification expertise.
