Venues Assistant Security Manager

Job Summary

Performs management and administrative work, providing leadership to the Venues Security programs and initiatives across Kia Center and Camping World Stadium. Serves as an assistant to the Venues Security Manager and works closely with public safety, traffic, and transportation agencies, staff, and contractors to plan and implement effective, efficient strategies in support of each event.

Core Responsibilities

• Hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising assigned personnel
• Developing the program budget and authorizing expenditures and payroll
• Administering policies, procedures, and plans to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests, clients, and employees

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of responsible experience in management, administration or operations, to include one (1) year of which must have been in a hospitality, event services, public assembly or similar fast-paced service environment and six (6) months of experience in security or law enforcement
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
