Venue Sourcing Consultant

Love matching clients with the perfect venue? In this role, you’ll lead venue sourcing from brief to booking, helping corporate clients find great options while delivering a high-touch, professional experience. You’ll negotiate smart deals, uncover savings, and keep every detail on track. If you’re organized, client-focused, and energized by a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Turning client briefs into smart sourcing strategies and well-matched venue options
• Managing venue RFPs through Cvent and keeping communication clear, timely, and professional
• Negotiating rates, terms, and added value while keeping client savings and business goals in mind
• Staying detail-oriented with systems, contracts, and data integrity in tools like Empower
• Building strong relationships with clients, venues, and internal teams while juggling deadlines

Requirements

• 2–3 years of industry experience in venue sourcing, hotel contracting, or meetings and events
• International sourcing and contracting experience
• Hands-on experience with the Cvent e-RFP Tool and Supplier Network
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• A positive, team-first mindset with professionalism and personal integrity
• Previous corporate meetings & events sourcing experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.

Schedule

This role is virtual and operates within the Central or Eastern time zone, with less than 25% travel requirements.
