About the role

Responsible for parking vehicles and assisting guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fees. Employees must adhere to established COVID-19 safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle traffic.
• (Direct motorists to parking areas/parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary).
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure space usage is maximized.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and educating fans about our efforts.
• Greet guests arriving at the venue in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior customer service experience a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute job assignments.

• Position requires constant walking, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A positive attitude.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.

Skills

• Physical stamina for constant walking and standing.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Pay

The expected compensation for this position in New York is $18.50 hourly. The actual pay range is $16.00 USD - $18.50 USD hourly, based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
