Venue Entry Lead Operator, District Wide - Eligibility Pool, In House Only (Substitutes May Apply), 2026/27 SY

Responsibilities

• Lead Report: 45 minutes prior to gate opening for each gate.
• Wear assigned uniform/vest.
• Set up Evolve System at their assigned gate.
• Must be set up and ready to go 10 minutes prior to opening the gate.
• Need Evolve System and extension cord.
• Make sure Event Staff team is at the location 15 minutes prior to gate opening.
• If missing people, contact site Admin immediately.
• Make sure that 2 tables are at each gate location for the Event Specialist.
• Have an admin radio to communicate with Officer and Admin team on site.
• Maintain communication with Event Staff team.
• Monitor iPad or screen as spectators enter the stadium and direct them to the search area as needed.
• Address any issues or challenges with spectators as needed.

Qualifications

• Electronic completion of a current online EdJoin application.
