• An administrative experience at a school site
• Three (3) current Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application date
• A Philosophy of Education Statement
• A Copy of Administrative Credential
• A Current resume
• A Copy of transcripts (unofficial are accepted for application purposes only)
• CUSD employees must submit credentials and transcripts not currently on file
