Venue Ancillary Staff

About the role

Jiffy Lube Live is seeking Night of Show Ancillary Staff to communicate with guests about additional venue amenities. This team works closely with the Ancillary Manager to determine and promote available offers for each show.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with venue-related questions.
• Promote and sell event-specific upsells (e.g., Stone Ridge Club, The Overlook, Lawn Chairs, Clear Bags).
• Verify ticket or pass authenticity using criteria like color or issue date.
• Process credit card transactions following Live Nation’s audit guidelines.
• Conduct inventory counts of physical items before and after events.
• Temporarily fill in for other departments during peak times or breaks.
• Sell future tickets from mobile or stationary locations as assigned.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Ancillary Manager or venue management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of guest service and communications experience preferred.
• Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with iPhone and iPad technology.
• Creative thinker and problem solver with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong attention to detail, outgoing personality, and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to execute programs in a dynamic environment.

Physical Demands

• Constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Pay

Expected compensation: $14.40 USD – $18.00 USD hourly, based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
