About the role

Venn Studio is a Los Angeles-based firm specializing in custom residential and small-scale commercial projects. The design philosophy is driven by attention to detail, site specificity, client responsiveness, and timelessness. The studio aims to create successful designs that incorporate ingenuity, budget, and livability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Architecture Program
• Minimum 1+ years of post-graduate experience with an emphasis on custom residential and small-scale commercial projects
• Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Schematic Design through Construction Administration is a plus
• Construction documentation production experience including consultant coordination, product research, and detail development is a plus
• Working knowledge of ArchiCAD or Revit to produce detailed 3D models and drawing sets
• Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
• An understanding of zoning codes, building codes, and permitting process
• Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• A “Can Do” positive attitude with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong digital drafting, modeling, and visualization skills
• A commitment to design excellence and a desire for professional growth
