About the role

STUDIO V Architecture is a design-driven studio-based architectural and urban practice located in New York City. Our practice is dedicated to creating innovative contemporary architecture and urban design that seeks to reinvent the potential of the 21st century city.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative contemporary architecture and urban design
• Turn ideas into reality through projects from concept through construction administration
• Focus on construction documents and construction administration
• Build relationships with clients, manage project expectations, and problem solve
• Engage a diverse clientele and an extraordinary range of project types
• Foster an open studio environment and culture that shares, discusses, and tests ideas

Requirements

• 8+ years work experience in creative firms for architecture and urban planning
• 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree / Master of Architecture degree (a plus)
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills to produce sets and maintain project schedule and budget
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task
• Strong command of NYC building codes, zoning regulations
• Technical proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, Procore

Qualifications

• Talent as a senior architect with solid construction document and construction administration experience
• REVIT competence and technical acumen

$90,000 - $138,000 depending on skills and relevant experience.
