About the role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in delivering exceptional tour and travel services across Italy, with a focus on the Dolomites, Cortina, Misurina, Bassano del Grappa, Firenze, Cansiglio, and the Ferrari Museum.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate home transfer services throughout Italy
• Organize round tour services for domestic and international clients
• Handle activities including museum ticket bookings, Trenitalia and Italo ticket sales, webinar coordination, hotel bookings, and technical visit arrangements
• Plan and execute wedding travel logistics and short trip packages
• Develop and maintain B2B relationships with partners and clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in travel coordination, tour operations, or related hospitality services
• Strong knowledge of Italian destinations including Dolomites, Cortina, Misurina, Bassano del Grappa, Firenze, Cansiglio, and Ferrari Museum area
• Familiarity with booking systems for transportation (Trenitalia, Italo) and accommodations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
