ABOUT THE TEAM
Design & Construction team at Anduril delivers high-performance manufacturing facilities, mission-critical secure environments, and collaborative workspaces. The Capital Operations team supports these projects with processes, tools, governance, analytics, standards, and special initiatives.

About the Job

• Vendor Strategy
  - Develop vendor strategy across key project-delivery categories, build and maintain a preferred vendor bench, identify new vendors.
• Pre-Qualifications and Vendor Evaluation
  - Establish repeatable pre-qualification process, define evaluation criteria, build templates and scoring models.
• RFP, SOW, and Commercial Support
  - Support RFP engagements, write scopes of work, review proposals, provide input on fee models.
• Vendor Performance Management
  - Establish performance management, define KPIs, track vendor performance, build executive materials.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, corporate real estate, etc.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle.
• Experience with construction-related vendors.
• Ability to evaluate vendor capabilities.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to operate cross-functionally.
• Strong judgment and ownership.
• Ability to communicate clearly with external vendors.
• Willingness to travel.
• Must be a U.S. Person.

Paid Benefits

• US Salary Range: $166,000 - $220,000 USD
