Vendor - Stadium or Arena, Empower Field - Empower Field at Mile High

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and hosts a wide variety of concerts and specialty events. Our vendors deliver excellent customer service by providing food and beverage to guests at their seats and in designated concourse areas.

Responsibilities

• Carries an assortment of food or beverage items for in-seat sales to guests.
• Ensures bins, carrying trays, and bags are clean and ready for use.
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and food & safety guidelines.
• Processes transactions for food and beverage items served.
• Upholds inventory integrity and adheres to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Previous food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Experience as a roving vendor is a plus.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Requires basic math and counting skills.
• Requires constant standing, walking, stooping, bending, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to work quickly, energetically, and efficiently.
• Work may involve exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $1.00.
