Vendor carries, transports, and sells food and alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages to guests in their seats. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $5.55.

Responsibilities

• Carries an assortment of food or beverage items for in-seat sales to guests
• Ensures bins, carrying trays, and bags are clean and ready for use
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking patrons’ identification
• Processes cash transactions for food and beverage items; accepts payments and makes change as appropriate
• Upholds inventory integrity and adheres to cash handling policies and procedures
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
• Performs duties adaptably to meet customer needs and business demands

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
• Experience as a roving vendor a plus
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Ability to work quickly, energetically, and efficiently
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Work may involve exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
